Founded in 1996, the company initially resold an ERP solution which, after a few years, experienced a major slowdown forcing it to quickly rethink its position toward the product it offered. It then decided to launch into developing its own solution. It began the adventure with a team dedicated to development, made up of young programmers and web designers as well as experienced ERP solution consultants. At the turn of the 2000s, it would create a fully web-based software using only a browser, with an open architecture accessible from anywhere in the world: bluebee.

Since 2019, Simon and Julien Laporte have taken over from their father Sylvain at the helm of the company and bring a new vision to the entire organization.
