New Features

Two-Factor Authentication

It is now possible to enable two-factor authentication for Bluebee users. When logging in, they will need to enter their username and password and then enter the code displayed on the Microsoft Authenticator application (or other two-factor authentication software) on their smartphone. Enabling two-factor authentication is a simple and effective way to improve the security of your Bluebee environment.

Easy setup

Once the setting is selected for the user, the next time they log in, they will be prompted to scan a QR code using Microsoft Authenticator.

Two-factor authentication — QR Code

Using their smartphone, they will have to open the application and scan the QR code. Once done, they will simply have to enter the 6-digit code.

Two-factor authentication — 6-digit code

Each time the user logs in, they will need to open their Microsoft Authenticator application and enter the 6 digits that appear to access Bluebee.

Field Changes by Extraction and Excel Import

Allow super users to extract a batch of data in Excel format, modify the data and import it into Bluebee to apply the changes.


Bugfixes and Minor Additions

General

  • Fix a situation where Excel extractions were truncating 0s from numeric codes.
  • Allow various date formats in tasks.

Financial

  • Fix a minor issue with displaying Financial Statements in PDF.

Inventory

  • Fix an issue where saving an invalid unit of measure was allowed despite the error message.
  • Configuration of the GS1-128 code in the WMS.
  • Added a Serial Count query.
  • When shipping, via the WMS, allow the pickup of PPS that have not been assigned.
  • When counting inventory, allow serial numbers to be created for counted items.
  • Added a filter on the Cost field in the PEPDS-DEPS Item query.
  • Added default entities in the stock transfer function.
  • Fix a problem with displaying the unit of measure in the SN inquiry of invoices.

Sales Order, Pricing and Billing

  • Added the replacement items button in the dynamic order entry.
  • Additions to the order confirmation form to standardize the display.
  • Fixed an issue in the dynamic order entry with customer notes, which were using an old source.
  • Fixed an issue in the dynamic order entry with saving discounts.
  • Allow modification of effective dates for customer pricing.

Procurement

  • Fix a problem when receiving, in the WMS, when the product has a decimal unit of measure and is not a serial product, the display of the value is incorrect.
  • Fix a problem when returning stock with the saving of the batch number.
  • Additions to the purchase order and standing order forms to standardize the display.

Production and Planning

  • Fix a problem in the Completed WO Entry function where it was not possible to use the same batch located in two different locations.
  • Fix a problem with the display of tabs in the sub-grids of the planning module.
