New Features

Redesign of Several Functions

The last functions to be retouched have been completed. A new harmonized look for the following functions:

• Stock Transfer – Ship & Receive
• Physical/Cycle Count Entry
• WO Entry
• Production Schedule
• Time Sheet Entry
• WO Completion Entry

"Auto Complete" in the Inquiry Filter Fields

The filter function of classic inquiries has been improved to make it easier to quickly enter filters. It is no longer necessary to enter a star (*); just start writing the text and a drop-down menu suggesting matching texts will appear. The "contains" function is also used by default rather than "equals".

Bugfixes and Minor Additions

General

• Fix to memos to allow the selection of several document types in the new BB2 interface.
• Added validation on the Entity table.
• Fix for notes and tasks associated with POs.
• In the "sub-grid" of the "drivers", addition of the possibility of editing on the line.
• Various modifications to standard forms.
• Fix to prevent requests to Qlik when it is disabled.
• Added a quick entity selection field to the main menu.
• Fixed an issue when adding favorites for users with a "." in the user code.
• Added Varnet memos in BB2 for clients in hybrid mode or migration.

Financial

• Fix to the Apply Open Transactions function when validation blocks the transaction.

Inventory

• Fixed a problem with batches and series during reception.
• Fixed a problem with batches and series during a warehouse transfer.
• Added the "reconciled" field in the reception driver.
• Added the parameters "From receipt number" and "To receipt number" in the receipts report.
• Fixed an issue when copying an item where the creation and update date were copied too.

Sales Order, Pricing and Billing

• Remove the label code when the price is 0 in the Dynamic Order Entry.
• Fix with changing price levels.
• Changes to the standard invoice form.
• Correction when invoicing delivery notes from an order.
• Correction to price calculation during customer prices and price groups.
• Fixes to Proposal Entry.

Procurement

• Adjustment to the display in Requisition Conversion.
• Corrections to the Purchase Orders Entry.
• Fix for Printing Purchase Orders.

Production

• Several adjustments to the Production Screen.
• Added automatic refreshing of the batch selection section in the WO Completion function.
