Release Notes — April 2026
OCR Invoice Creation (AI), Bank Reconciliation, API Transaction Tracking and more.
Calculation of additional purchase costs, production task schedule, and new general features.

The additional costs calculation function allows the user to enter additional costs when entering purchase orders that the system can distribute according to several methods (cost, lines, volume, weight).

When stock is received, the allocated costs will be allocated to inventory costs. These costs will subsequently be adjusted as necessary during the invoice reconciliation process.
The production task calendar allows the floor manager to create tasks and assign them to their employees. Tasks can also be attached to workstations or machines to offer an alternative view. This tool is ideal for ensuring proper distribution of tasks to employees and workstations or machines. A copy function is also available to, for example, copy all the week's tasks to the next one.

It is now possible to easily and intuitively manage the assignment of documents to send to the contacts of your different clients, directly in the Contact tile of their Client File.

New Workstation: Production Screen This new Production module workstation is designed for use on the production floor. It offers filterable views to simplify navigation.
Function that allows users to associate new Qlik charts in Bluebee themselves It is now possible to import a new graph created from the Qlik portal (Hub), without the intervention of a Bluebee analyst programmer.
