New Module: CRM

Bluebee's integrated CRM allows sales representatives to follow up on their customers or potential customers (prospects). If the representative succeeds in acquiring a prospect, he can then convert it into a customer with one click. Subsequently, thanks to the customer file, the representative can consult the history of the customer's proposals, orders, invoices and payments. He can also consult a set of charts, ratios, tables and statistics on the customer.

The representative can also create opportunities that he will attach to customers (or prospects). These opportunities can be tracked via a simple list or a Kanban view where the opportunities are represented visually in stages of progress.

Within each opportunity, representatives can leave notes in order to build a history of communication with the customer. They can also create tasks, such as appointments or follow-up reminders, and assign them.

Several modifications have been made to refresh the visual of certain functions, in particular master files, consultation grids and more.

General Updates

FLASH (Flex) functions change to REACT JS With the end of Flash's life, the remaining Flash functions have been migrated to React JS technology.

Shortcut to archives A shortcut button for archived documents has been added to the header bar!

Bug Fixes and Minor Additions

Global menu

• Modify the menu display so that only the available modules are displayed.

Stock adjustment

• Corrected: In certain cases of non-multi-location series item, the Supplier Series data was lost.

Sales Orders

• Corrected: Incorrect tax calculation for a Warehouse Pickup type order.

Drives (global)

• Corrected a backup error that could occur in certain specific cases in certain drives.
• The Transport Mode field could not re-display in the available field list when removed from a drive.
• Addition of validations for the "Transport code" field.
• Addition of validations for the "Proj No" field.
• Correct some inconsistent number formats.

Drive: Purchasing, "Purchase order lines" tab

• Adjust a filter problem on the description field with the application in English mode.
• Adjust a filter problem on the Name field which in some cases did not return all occurrences.

Drive: Account charter, "GL account" tab

• Adjust the modification on the line for the Category Code field to improve performance.

Drive: Orders and Invoicing, "Direct debit vouchers" tab

• Deactivate the modification on the line for the Route field and ensure that the Route field takes the correct value.

Drive: Orders and Invoicing, "Orders" tab

• Adjust a problem with the "Required on" field when editing on the line.

Drive: Orders and Invoicing, "Order lines" tab

• Correct an error message when editing on the line linked to the "Promised on" control.

Drive: Disbursement, "Bank" tab

• Adjustment of the Check number field when modifying the line.

Drive: Physical statement, "Items" tab

• The "Add periodic count" popup was not displayed optimally.
